Terms and Conditions - RauniyarMarriage.com (herein referred to as "RM")
Welcome to RauniyarMarriage.com ("RM"). RM and its affiliates provide services to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By visiting or signing up with RM, you consciously accept and agree to these terms as outlined below.
When using any current or future RM service, or any business affiliated with RM, whether or not included in the RM website, you will also be subject to the applicable guidelines and conditions. Please read about the services provided by RM before making any payment.
By using RM, you are deemed to have read, understood, and expressly accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs your relationship with RM and all associated services or transactions.
RM reserves the right to modify these terms at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
RM acts on the basis of information submitted by you (or by family, friends, or relatives on your behalf, with your express consent). RM is not obligated to verify the accuracy of this information.
If RM believes, at its sole discretion, that you are not eligible for membership or have misrepresented any information, RM may terminate your membership without notice or refund.
2.1 You expressly authorize RM and/or its representatives to communicate with you via the registered phone number or email address to explain RM's services.
2.2 If you wish to opt-out of communications (email, SMS, calls), you may write to support@rauniyarmarriage.com. Unless communicated otherwise, RM assumes your continued consent.
2.3 You confirm that your provided phone number is not listed in the Do Not Disturb (DND)/National Customer Preference Register (NCPR) or you have de-registered accordingly.
2.4 Your consent to receive communication supersedes any previous DND/NCPR preferences, and your rights under such regulations are considered waived until you notify RM to cease communications.
2.5 You agree to indemnify RM from any penalties or liabilities arising due to breach of these telecommunication guidelines.
2.6 By communicating electronically (via website or email), you consent to receive all legal and service-related notices from RM electronically.
Please review RM’s Privacy Policy to understand how we manage your personal information. Members acknowledge that their profiles may be indexed by search engines, which is beyond RM’s control. RM does not verify the accuracy of external content or endorse third-party advertisements or websites.
All site content (text, graphics, logos, images, downloads, software, etc.) is the property of RM or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
RauniyarMarriage.com and related graphics, logos, and service names are trademarks of RM. These trademarks may not be used in ways that misrepresent or harm RM’s reputation.
RM grants you a limited license to access and use the site for personal purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit any portion of the site without written permission.
Profiles may be displayed across RM's community-based matrimonial platforms depending on caste, sub-caste, religion, age, etc.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. RM has no control over misuse of information by other users and disclaims responsibility for third-party actions.
RM may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, especially in cases of misuse, solicitation, spam, or inappropriate behavior.
Available for Platinum and Gold plans (3, 6, 9 months) if:
At least one photo is uploaded
Minimum 2 members are contacted
No response is received from contacted members
No other members initiate contact
No verified contact numbers are viewed
Refund requests are not automatic and must meet all conditions above.
Membership is subject to approval by RM.
Only Indian Citizens, NRIs, PIOs, or persons of Indian descent are eligible.
Membership duration is counted in days (90, 180, or 270).
Once expired, access to prior messages and contacts is lost.
Membership is non-transferable.
For payments made in non-INR currencies, auto-renewal is enabled by default. Members will be notified via email one week prior and on the day of renewal with the option to cancel.
You are responsible for the content you post or transmit. Inappropriate content (e.g., abusive, sexually explicit, illegal, defamatory) is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension without notice.
Limits apply to the number of profiles you may contact. Misuse of the platform for activities like dating, friendship, or spamming is not allowed.
RM provides its services "as is" without warranties. RM does not guarantee service accuracy or continuity and is not liable for damages of any kind resulting from your use of the site.
RM is not responsible for:
Inaccurate user information
User decisions based on others' profiles
Cybercrimes or external threats
Acts of God or force majeure
Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once payment has been made and services have been used, regardless of the nature or outcome of those services.
No refunds will be processed:
After your profile is activated and visible on the RM platform.
Even if you have not contacted any members after payment.
Due to dissatisfaction with the number or quality of responses.
If your membership expires without a successful match.
Due to delays or interruptions caused by technical issues, third-party tools, or force majeure events.
RM strongly recommends users review all services, terms, and eligibility criteria before making any payment.
The Money-Back Guarantee (if applicable) is governed strictly under the conditions listed in Section 8 and is not applicable once services are used or any interaction is made through the platform.
RM functions solely as a matchmaking platform. It does not act as an agent for any member and is not involved in personal communications or results between members.
RM may outsource services to affiliates or third parties. Your agreement remains with RM only.
You agree to indemnify RM and its affiliates from any legal claims, costs, or losses arising from your violation of this agreement, content submissions, or interactions with other users.
